The pool was amazing. The room was very clean, and the bed provided comfortable sleep. Breakfast included in the package was amazing. I found a great variety of tasty options.
I found that the staff lacked customer service training. I think improvements in this area would enhance the guest experience.

The reception staff were attentive. They efficiently handled my request for a room change. The breakfast was particularly tasty, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The hotel provided pool towels. That was a nice touch. The pool area was expansive and clean. I appreciated the ample space for relaxation by the pool.

Wonderful Stay
comfortable bedfriendly staffoutdated room
The buffet breakfast was lovely and offered plenty of choices. Our Garden View Room had a very comfortable bed and pillows. I was pleased the check-in process was very simple, even upon my late arrival.
I found cobwebs on a chair in the room, and the TV stopped working randomly.

The reception staff was very cute. The staff seemed eager to. Victor's help, and all requests were promptly fulfilled which was a positive aspect.
