Very nice Pool Experience

The pool at the Oaks Port Douglas Resort is simply amazing! Surrounded by lush greenery, it gives off a wonderful resort feel. I loved lounging by the pool, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. It was clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot for some sunshine and leisure. Truly a highlight of my stay!

Spacious and Comfortable Room

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that was large and adequately equipped. I appreciated the air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, which worked exceptionally well. The room was clean and made for a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring.

Great Entertainment Options

I was quite pleased with the media and entertainment facilities at the resort. Although some areas needed a little updating, the available options for relaxation and leisure made for a nice balance during my stay. I had a wonderful time at QT Port Douglas, enjoying the friendly atmosphere and beautiful setting. Our villa was spacious and had lovely views, and the pool area was fantastic. However, our experience was slightly marred by some maintenance issues and inconsistencies in service during our stay. The location made it easy to explore the Daintree, but I have some reservations about the dining experience.

My stay at the resort was a mix of ups and downs. While the staff, particularly Jesse and Nuria, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, the resort itself is in definite need of renovations. The room we initially had some trouble with turned out to be okay, but I did notice some discomfort with the beds. The location is wonderful, with easy access to the beach and daily entertainment, but there are some accessibility issues that need to be addressed. Overall, a bit of a letdown considering the potential.
